Last Tuesday, I was able to present the website kahoot.it to my high school staff at our bi-weekly staff meeting. Kahoot is a game-based, classroom response system. It uses any mobile device and allows students to answer multiple choice questions instantly. It's basically like a clicker response system, but free. It's very easy to use. Just go to getkahoot.com to get started. The great thing about the site it that you can download great data once the session is over to identify areas of need based on the questions you asked. It breaks all the information down by question and even by student!
Thanks to Patty Wolfe of Cozad Schools and Heather Callihan of GI Northwest for introducing me to the site.
